With the objective of achieving sustainable growth and long-term value creation, under operations that are lawful, transparent, and verifiable, by upholding integrity, as well as considering risks, accountability, and fair treatment of all stakeholders and related parties, alongside the commitment to support sustainable economic, social, and environmental development.
The Good Corporate Governance Principles have therefore been established in accordance with the guidelines of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD).
The Board of Directors has approved these principles as a guideline for conducting business and elevating business operation standards to be internationally recognized, and to serve as a code of conduct for all executives and employees in performing their duties.
